Hello, I am am confused about which column for challenge 4 (bonus challenge) I am trying to predict. I’m not sure which one of the columns represents the Th1 or Th2 concentrations, or the ratio. Thank you for your time

I was told that there are 3 submissions per account allowed. I submitted one but then the no-reply email stated that if I do another submission, previous submission will be erased. So, how many submissions can I make from one account?

Hi @vtarca ,

Apologies for the confusion. The last column in the submission file corresponds to Task 4.1 (Bonus Task). This task requires you to submit the ranks of individuals based on the predicted Th1/Th2 (IFN-γ/IL-5) polarization ratio on day 30 post-booster vaccination.

For your convenience, we have calculated the Th1/Th2 ratio and made it available to contestants here.

Additionally, you can find a detailed explanation of the bonus task in this post: Bonus Prediction Task for the 3rd Public CMI-PB Challenge.

I hope this clarifies things. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Best,
Pramod

Hi @vganusov ,

Thank you for your question.

You can submit as many submissions as you like during the challenge. However, please note that only the most recent submission made before the deadline (November 22, 2024) will be considered your final submission and evaluated by the CMI-PB Team. This is regarding one model.

If you wish to submit multiple final submissions (different types of models), you will need to create a separate CMI-PB account for each submission. That said, we kindly ask that no single submitter be involved in more than three submissions in total.

For further details, please refer to the post Clarifications on Data Submission and Prize Criteria - 3rd Challenge.

I hope this clarifies! Let me know if you have any further questions.

Best,
Pramod
