Plasma cytokine 2020

One more question about cytokine tested in 2020 vs 2021, could you please confirm that 30 cytokines are overlapped between 2020 and 2021 dataset only, not 45 cytokines? There’re:

"P05231" "P51671" "P22301" "P48061" "P10145" "P80098" "P01133" "P13232" "P13500" "O14625" "Q99616" "P50591" "Q07325" "P60568" "Q14116" "O95760" "O43508" "Q99731"
"P80075" "P13236" "P14210" "P02778" "P10147" "P01579" "P39900" "P15692" "P05112" "P35225" "P01375" "P09603"
  • That’s right. The 2020 cohort has different feature counts and less overlap when compared to the 2021 and 2022 datasets.

  • 2020 plasma_cytokine_concentration (Olink) data has 263 cytokines, while the 2021 and 2022 plasma_cytokine_concentration datasets each have 45 cytokines. The plasma_cytokine_concentration feature overlap between the three cohort is n=30.

  • 2021 and 2022 plasma_cytokine_concentration features have a complete overlap (n=45).
