Interactive timeline (pertussis milestones) popups not working

The interactive timeline that was replicated on the CMI-PB page has the “Read More” popups not working. The version I have on GitHub pages works fine.

Compare clicking on the “Read More” on your version

To the GitHub pages hosted version here.

I can help fix this if you like (may be just a missing bootstrap.min.css or js but I have not checked yet).
