Congratulations on the successful model!
I think one key aspect your group did well was preprocessing the assays effectively. If you don’t mind, could you point me to your preprocessing code (or even better the computable matrices you used in MCIA)? We’re curious to see if our model would improve in performance if the preprocessing were improved.
