Could you please verify the number of subjects included in both the pbmc cell frequency data and the gene expression data? I have reviewed the “xxx_pbmc_cell_frequency.tsv” data and iterated through the specimen_id, cross-referencing it with the metadata to generate a summary at the pid level. In doing so, I have identified 74 subjects in the cell frequency data, which differs from the 73 samples mentioned on the website. Likewise, in the gene expression data, I have found 93 subjects, contrasting with the 92 subjects reported on the website.
@Joe Thank you for pointing out the error on our website. The error on our website has been corrected.
The accurate subjects count for cell frequency data is 74, and for gene expression data, it’s 93. I’ve also provided the subject lists for both datasets here for your reference.
