00:23:05 mjarjapu: Just to be very sure - we need to provide only the ranking and not the absolute values 00:34:13 mjarjapu: Does the results in a single submission template correspond to predictions made by a single model ( i.e the same model is used in all 3 prediction tasks?) What if I have different models for the different tasks? Do they need to be provided in separate submission files? 00:40:12 William Gibson: For the IgG task, it is the SUM of IgG1_PT, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4 that should be used to calculate the final rank? 00:41:39 Barry Grant: You probably mentioned: but the ranking is from highest values to lowest, correct? 00:46:23 mjarjapu: Another 2 questions -1. I noticed that all cell types are not there for all samples , i.e some samples have missing cell types. Is there a reason for this? 2. Also, the names of the cell types are slightly different between datasets. For ezxample, there’s Bcells in 2020 but no “Naive B cells”, whereas it is there in 2021 dataset. Is this corrected in the Jan 5th dataset? 00:49:46 Eve Richardson: Sorry you’ve probably already said but what time must submissions be made by on the 16th? 00:51:37 William Gibson: Thank you for all the great work CMI-PB team! 00:51:38 Rasteh Haji Kazem Nili: Thank you 🙂 00:51:41 Joaquin Reyna: Thanks!
