For one of the tasks it asks to predict the rank Ab titers for Fim2/3 versus IgG but when I filter the data for this subset I cannot find it despite the data being available for PT, FHA and PRN. Note: I can find Ab titers for Fim2/3 versus IgG subtypes.

Thank you for pointing out this issue in the prediction task V0.1. There is Ab titers data for IgG against PT, PRN and FHA antigens but not for FIM2/3. It is also because that data cannot be generated since there’s no standard IgG reference for the FIM2/3 antigen.
We corrected this issue in questionnaire (at B.1.1) and revised it as ‘Prediction task V0.2’ and put it at CMI-PB Discussion forum in order to note similar queries if any.
